为深入贯彻落实习近平主席提出的全球文明倡议，推动构建人类命运共同体，山东省拟于2027年继续为国际知名学者“齐鲁访学驻研计划”提供支撑平台。该项目由国际儒学联合会山东大学研究基地等相关单位共同组织实施。立足山东儒家文化资源富集优势，聚焦古典文明的传承发展、交流互鉴等研究方向，邀请国际知名学者来鲁驻研，以此深化与国内外高校和智库的学术合作，聚力搭建高水平国际学术交流平台，共同促进世界文明对话互鉴。现就学者招募事项公告如下：

一、招募条件

1.申请人应为外国国籍。

2.申请人原则上应具有博士学位和副高级以上专业技术职务，遵守学术道德，在儒学、汉学、古典学、东亚学、全球文明史、文明对话与全球治理等相关研究领域有较为深入的研究。

3.申请人年龄原则上不超过60周岁（1967年1月1日以后出生），且身体条件良好，能够胜任驻研岗位工作。

4.申请人在华期间必须遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律。

二、访学驻研方向

1.儒家经典在海外的传播、收藏与整理；

2.儒家思想在海外的历史传播与当代影响；

3.儒学与其他人类思想学说的比较研究；

4.中华文明与人类其他文明的比较研究；

5.西方学者视阈下的儒家文明与社会治理研究；

6.西方学术界汉学现状与未来趋势研究。

三、访学驻研时间与地点

时间：分为短期、中期和长期三种类型。短期时间为1—2个月；中期时间为3—6个月；长期时间为7—12个月。

地点：中国山东曲阜孔子研究院；中国山东济南山东大学。

四、访学驻研待遇

1.本项目为国际驻研学者提供必要的学术研究与交流经费、驻研期间的住宿补助、单次往返所在国与中国的交通费等。

2.为国际驻研学者提供研究室等必要的工作条件。

五、访学驻研内容

1.根据申报的研究方向开展科研工作，包括但不限于撰写发表学术论文（著作）、申报科研项目等。

2.开展学术交流与研讨。驻研期间在尼山世界儒学中心、孔子研究院、山东大学等科研机构及高校举办学术讲座、研讨会等学术活动。

3.驻研期间，接受尼山世界儒学中心、孔子研究院和山东大学以外的单位邀请，参加论坛、讲座、学术研讨会、接受访谈等活动，应在公开活动通知中，明确注明为“齐鲁访学驻研计划访问学者”。

六、申请材料

申请者应提交以下材料：（1）下载并完整填写《“齐鲁访学驻研计划”国际驻研学者申请表》；

（2）个人简历（含学术成果清单）；

（3）一份访学驻研期间的研究计划（中文不少于2000字，英文不少于3页）。

（4）高分辨率照片（JPEG或PNG格式）。以上申请材料可使用中文或者英文。

七、申请时间和联系方式

2027年度“齐鲁访学驻研计划”申请截止日期为2026年12月4日。录选结果将于2026年12月底前，在山东大学儒学高等研究院、中国孔子网、孔子研究院等相关网站公布。

“2027 Qilu Research Residency Program” Recruitment Announcement forInternationallyRenowned Scholars

In order to implement the Global Civilization Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping and promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind,Shandong Provincewill continue to support the "Qilu Research Residency Program" forinternationally renownedscholars in Shandong province in 2027. This project is jointly organized and implemented bythe International Confucian AssociationResearch BaseatShandong Universityand other research institutions.

Taking advantage of the rich Confucian cultural resources and focusing on the inheritance, development, exchange and mutuallearning of classical civilizations, we plan to inviteinternationallyrenowned scholars to visit Shandong province and conduct research, so as to deepen academic cooperation withChineseand foreign universities and thinktanks and work together to build a high-level international academic exchange platform, jointly promoting the dialogue and mutuallearning of world civilizations. The recruitment details are announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Requirements

1. The applicants should be of foreign nationality.

2. In principle, the applicants should have a doctoral degree and a professional and technical position above the associate-senior level. They should abide by academic ethics and have in-depth research in related research fields such asConfucian studies,sinology,classicalstudies, East Asian studies,globalcivilizationhistory,civilizationdialogue andglobalgovernance.

3. In principle, the applicants shouldbeaged under 60 (born after January 1, 1967), and be in good health, capable of completing the work as a visiting scholar.

4. The applicants must abide by theConstitution and laws of the People's Republic of China during their stay in China.

II. Study and Research Directions

1. The dissemination, collection and collation of Confucian classics overseas;

2. The historical dissemination and contemporary influence of Confucian thoughts overseas;

3. The comparative study of Confucianism and other humanintellectualtheories;

4. The comparative study of Chinese civilization and other human civilizations;

5. The study of Confucian civilization and social governance from the perspective of Western scholars;

6. The study of the current situation and future trends of Sinology in Western academia.

III. Duration and Place

Duration: short-term, medium-term and long-term. The short-term is 1-2 months; the medium-term is 3-6 months; the long-term is 7-12 months.

Venue: (1) China Confucius Research Institute, Qufu of JiningCity, Shandong province, China;

(2) Shandong University, Jinan city, ShandongProvince, China.

IV. FundingandSupportfor Visiting Scholars

1. This project provides international scholars with funds necessary for academic research and exchanges, accommodation subsidies during their residency, and a one-time round-trip transportation fare between their home country and China.

2. International visiting scholars are provided with necessary workingconditions,such asresearchoffices.

V. Responsibilities of the Visiting Scholars

1. To carry out scientific research work following the declared research direction, including but not limited to writing and publishing academic papers (or books), applying for scientific research projects, etc.

2. To carry out academic exchanges and seminars during the visiting period, hold academic lectures, seminars and other academic activities in research institutions and universities such as Shandong University,Nishan World Center for Confucian Studies, China Confucius Research Institute, and etc.

3. To participate in forums, lectures, academic seminars, interviews and other activities on invitation of other organizations besidesShandong Univeristy,Nishan World Center for Confucian Studies, China Confucius Research Institute. On any occasion of publicity and advertising, it should be clearly indicated that the scholar is a visiting scholar of the "Qilu Research Residency Program".

VI. Application Materials

Applicants should submit the following materials:

(1) The "Application Form for International Scholars of the Qilu Research Residency Program" (downloaded online);

(2) A Curriculum Vitae (including a list of academic achievements);

(3) A research plan for the residency period (no less than 2000 words in Chinese, or no less than 3 pages in English).

(4) A high-resolution photo (JPEG or PNG format).
